Insurance Information

This page is to inform our patients on what their insurance company covers with Chiropractic care.

Outline below are the 3 most popular Insurances Companies that Glynn Chiropractic is in network with.

Every person’s insurance policy is different. We highly recommend before going into any medical office (even ours) that you the patient call and check on your benefits. After checking on your benefits, we advise you to call that medical office (even ours) and talk with them on what your insurance covers for their office’s exams and treatments…. I know this sounds redundant but most of the time your insurance company does not tell you the small details that you should to know about your treatments.

If you are covered by a different health care insurer, please call our office and see if we accept your insurance. If we are not in network with your insurance company, ask us about our cash prices.

BCBS (PPO)

  • Covers Initial Exam and Re - Exam charges.

  • Covers spinal and extremity adjustment.

  • Manual Therapy (Soft tissue work) 91740: Most insurance companies are trying to get rid of this code because it is over used. Depending on the doctors findings and diagnosis, if prescribed, it can cover up to 30 or 45 minutes.

  • Therapeutic Procedure 97110: They will cover up to 60 minutes of therapies in accordance with the doctors findings and diagnosis.

  • Massage therapy 97124: This code is a cash code. Meaning you the patient have to pay at the time of service. Very rare do we find a policy that covers this code. If this code is covered, it is a limited code.

  • Any additional services rendered, that exceed these times, the patient will be billed.
